Policies

Cancellation Policies and Fees

Your services are reserved especially for you. I value your time and your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies in place to ensure that each party is accommodated and feels that their time is respected and valued. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. 
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 
When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment. 


Reservations

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, it is recommended the you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. I hold this information as part of the cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of the cancellation policy are provided below.
*Please provide notification of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

Check in

I ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that we may have our initial consultation before beginning your treatment at the scheduled time. Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes early, I may still be in session with a previous guest and the door may be locked. I do my best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of your service, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip in cash or via your credit card upon payment.


Cell Phones

A gentle reminder to turn your cell phones and pagers to silent upon arrival.  Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

Treatment Discounts

In lieu of package discounts I offer a “Frequent-Feel-Good” Discounts. How does it work? Purchase your first session at the regular price.  At the time of that service book your next session no more than 4 weeks out and receive a discount ($5 off a 60-minute, $10 off a 90-minute) for that next service. You may utilize these discounts repeatedly provided you always book your next appointment at the time of service. This discount is void if: 1) You postpone your subsequent discounted appointment out farther than 1 week of the original appointment or 2) You postpone your subsequent discounted appointment more that 2 times.  No exceptions.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased by contacting me at 408-771-1141. Out of town? Too busy? No problem.  I can mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, I’m unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates MUST be mentioned when making your appointment.

Promotions

Specials or discounts cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. I do my best to keep my clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 

Personal Belongings

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. I cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items
